We strive to make every saddle a perfect fit. No two gaited horses
are exactly alike. What is most important in fitting one is the bar angle
and 95% of them have the same angle. The first question is which of our
trees will fit your horse the closest. We have a regular tree for
light boned horses and a wide tree for the bigger framed animals. Then
we can do a lot with different types of pads to make each one fit perfectly.
If you request us to send you one of our saddles we guarantee that
each will not only fit, but fit well. With-in three days we will help you
properly fit your horse if you are having trouble.
If your saddle is not quite fitting properly I will ask you to send
me photos from the front, side and rear of the horse. A saddle has
to be level before it can be expected to fit. Many times even difficult
to fit horses can indeed be fit with different pad configurations and if
we do not succeed within the 3 day period then you can simply write
us a letter and send it back clean and free of horse hair. No other questions
will be asked and there are no gimmicks. We truly want this to be the last
saddle that you will ever have to buy for your horse.

Delivery Timing and Pledge:
IN Stock Items.
We pledge delivery of in stock your saddle in less than 10 Business
Days East of the Mississippi (12 Days if delivery is west of the Mississippi)
whenever you confirm availability and promptly place your order using a
verified/confirmed address.
EXCEPTION: We typically ship within 7 business days between Thanksgiving
and Christmas; delivery time is then based on your location & holiday
congestion.
Special Orders or Modifications
Saddles:
It usually takes 3-5 weeks to manufacture a special order or modification
on a tree or saddle. Please EMAIL
for specific anticipated time, as it depends on our current production
schedule and previous orders.
Shipping Fees and Address Information:
We ship UPS Ground Service.
We will obtain tracking information when delivery is past due. If you
will need a tracking number earlier, please add $10 to your total.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is generally available for an
additional $40. Air freight globally is available, please request
a price quote.
Expedited shipping is often available for an added $45. We may advise
for this added charge on orders scheduled to ship between Dec 1st and December
20th.
Verified ("confirmed") addresses are the ONLY addresses we will ship
to when an order is paid for with a credit card. This protects us all against
credit card fraud.
Shipping and Handling is 6% (minimum $7.50) of the purchase price,
this includes insurance.
International Orders: Crest Ridge Saddlery® ships Worldwide
- Please email
us for the shipping cost on all International orders. The shipping
price quoted will not include any import duty, clearance costs, retail
taxes or the like that may apply to your particular country. Unfortunately
the import laws and requirements vary considerably in different countries,
accordingly you are responsible for these additional charges should they
apply. If we are charged for your duties, clearance costs or taxes on the
goods, we will debit the cost from your credit card. Please check with
your local import broker or customs office prior to ordering. If the package
is seized by Customs for any reason whatsoever and we do not receive the
package back, we will not issue a refund.
Quality Assurance:
By purchasing from us you receive service and advice that is unparalleled
within the industry.
All our current Guffey and Crusade Series saddles are capable of adjustments
at the time of manufacturing, whereby we can adjust the saddle to fit nearly
any kind of Gaited horse or mule. When we receive your measurements (For
measurement details, (see
our web page about saddle fitting) we match it to a suitable saddle.
All Guffey and Crusade Saddles orders have to submit the measurements
on our Saddle Fitting Page prior to Crest Ridge Saddlery® accepting
an order on these saddles. Take the measurements there and send them to
via return email. A photo of your horse back would not hurt either! Once
we get the measurements we can advise you as to which tree you need for
your horse. This way we have a better certainty of getting the fit right
on the FIRST try!
Traveler and Savannah saddles are straight run saddles. You will not
be able to choose any variations on the saddles available. Because we do
not interrupt the production for modification we can keep the quality up,
while keeping the prices down on theses saddles.
When you receive the saddle, and if you are unsure of the saddle fit,
post or email us in some side on photographs of the saddle on the horse,
with the horse in a normal upright position. We will contact you within
(48) hours of receiving the photographs to advise you if the fit is correct.
If the fit is correct you can feel secure knowing that you and your horse
have many years of riding pleasure to look forward to.
Three Day Evaluation Period A 3 day evaluation period begins when you receive your saddle. If at
any time during this three day period you become dissatisfied with our
saddle we will assist you in every way to fulfill your needs, if we are
not successful you may return the saddle (in good shape) and we will provide
a prompt refund.

Crest Ridge Saddlery make items for Trail Riders, due to THE INHERENT
RISK OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURY, DEATH,
resulting from the use of this equipment.
Returns:
Saddles and Accessories may be returned for a full credit or refund
(excluding shipping charges and insurance), but must arrive in the same
condition that we shipped them. We do request that you try your
new saddle and make sure that it will fit both horse and rider. Please
use extra care to keep the saddle in mint condition, without scratches,
dirt or horse hair. A restocking fee will be charged to cover any
damage or cleaning costs. If the saddle does not fit the horse or rider,
you should call before the saddle is returned in case it is necessary to
ask additional questions or to have you take pictures or make measurements.
Please do not use Styrofoam peanuts for packing. Upon receipt of the
item here at the store we will inspect the item. If it is still in
new condition, we will gladly refund the entire purchase price of the item.
If these conditions are not met there will be a 30% restock fee charged.
Please phone (870) 499-7413 in advance for return merchandise authorization
code (RMA) before returning any goods; without this
code your return will not be accepted. Make sure the return
authorization code is clearly marked on the topside of the return carton.
If exchange or refund merchandise is not returned in original unused condition,
a 30% restock fee is charged to allow for a reduced re-selling price. If
the goods you are returning have been altered or modified in anyway, this
will immediately terminate any exchange of return provision offered above.
Credit card returns (credits) and refund checks (if you paid by check)
can take up to 10 days to be processed after we have received the returned
goods. (Return provision does not apply to clearance items, custom orders,
used merchandise or lay away purchases).

no refunds on clearance items, scratch 'n dent or used merchandise or lay
away purchases under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Custom Orders: All special and custom
orders require payment in full prior to beginning production. Special and
Custom orders refer to any order that was ordered produced, for the customer
on the customer's behalf. Special and Custom orders generally take 5 to
8 weeks, however they can sometimes take longer due to unexpected shortages
in raw materials or other unexpected conditions. Most special orders (in
excess of 80%) are delivered within the 5 to 8 week period; however should
a delay develop please understand we have no control over this. Special
and Custom order merchandise are ordered on your behalf and accordingly
are absolutely non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy You cannot cancel your order after shipment has been made. Order of
non-special order items may be canceled if you contact us prior to shipment
requesting such.
