| How to become a wholesale customer
of Crest Ridge Saddlery®:
You MUST have a physical Store
or Retail Outlet front. A
web site only business does not qualify.
You must maintain an inventory.
You need to be a legal "business"
under your state laws.
We require ALL - even if
you intend on paying "cash" - perspective wholesale customers to fill out
a credit application. To obtain a credit application, you may call, fax
or email us to request a credit application be sent to you or you can download
the PDF file version - you need Acrobat Reader from Adobe
to open & print the PDF file. If you call, or email, please include
your name, your stores' name, address, and phone number.
Terms:
First Orders ALWAYS Visa/MC or prepaid.
-- Subsequent orders net 30 days upon credit approval -
Please fill out the application, including:
-- Credit References
-- Copy of your business license
Requirements:

Minimum opening order $2000.00.

Freight F.O.B. Norfork, Arkansas.

Orders under $500 must be prepaid by Visa/MC or check

Orders over $500 Net 30 with credit application.
Acceptable Payment Methods
We accept Visa & Mastercard, check* or money order. Checks will
take approximately 15 days to clear prior to shipment.

You will need to fill out all 5 pages and MAIL
the original SIGNED application to us. FAXED
or EMAILED COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
We MUST have the original SIGNED
application on file BEFORE you can buy wholesale from us.
WE CHECK REFERENCES.
If you want an "OPEN ACCOUNT", you MUST
give references for which you CURRENTLY have "OPEN ACCOUNTS".
Please print or type CLEARLY.
The processing may take up to 6 weeks - the norm
is 2 to 3 weeks - and is dependent on how quickly your references respond
to our inquiries.
Please do not call wanting to order before the
credit application has been processed.
Some of the information we require on our credit
application includes:

Vendor's number, Resale number or Tax number*

When possible, the suppliers you list for credit
references be a part of, or associated with, the horse and/or tack industry.

Any suppliers who are currently taking your check
- even if you plan on doing business with Crest Ridge Saddlery®
on a COD basis.
*As applicable to your state.
Once your credit application has been received
and approved, you will be notified of your approval, the type of account
approved for (Open, Prepay or COD), credit limit and we will then send
you our latest catalog and price sheet.

Shipping Policies
Shipping is UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise.
UPS expedited services, such as 2nd Day Air, are available at higher costs.
Freight charges are added on to product total to arrive at an invoice total
for your order.
Freight claims
All items are shipped FOB Crest Ridge Saddlery®,
which means title passes to you the purchaser when we ship the product
from our warehouse. In the event of freight damage, you will need to initiate
a claim with UPS, or other freight carrier within 5 days of receipt
of the product, and follow it through. Save all boxes and packaging
material, as UPS may want to inspect it before paying the claim. We
can assist in this process by providing costs for replacement units or
parts for your claim.
Defective Product
You must notify us within 5 days of receipt
of your shipment if you feel you have received a defective product.
Notify us by calling (870)499-7413. We will repair or replace the
item, at our option, upon determining the nature of the problem and deciding
the best course of action.
