This is a SET there are 2 saddle bags which attach with scissors snaps (no more fussing with wet ties in the rain!)  to the saddle rings or fender straps and tightens down for a secure no-bounce fit. Cut to be correct for the crest ridge saddle but will work well with other saddles as well.
