We stand behind our saddles. Every detail is scrutinized for quality and durability as well as appearance and usability. All Crest Ridge trees are designed for close contact. The feel of your horse will not be lost in the bulk of a poorly designed couch placed on your horses back, like so many others. We design our tree with a low center of gravity, allowing the rider to easily go with the horse, both when the horse is in gait and in the event the horse spooks, you will go WITH the horse!
The Sinclair Saddle is made one at a time by master craftsman,
not assembly line saddles!
The Comfort of both rider and horse are have been optimized in this saddle, while maintaining tough, rugged durability!
The Sinclair Series saddle allows your horse's shoulders to move freely without any pressure or pinching. In addition the solid tree distributes your weight across the broad area of your horse's back muscles preventing uneven pressure and allowing the horse to USE his back correctly to perform the signature gait of his breed. With the addition of this bar, to our series of saddles, we are able to fit even more of the hard to fit breeds.
The Sinclair is available in our new tree and we will determine your
horse's suitability when your order as per your measurement. We do not
expect these saddles to stay sitting in the store house, order early to
be sure to get yours shipped ASAP!

Crest Ridge Sinclair Saddles Warranty:
These saddles are designed for use on the trail and recreational riding and are not in any way guaranteed for roping or any other purpose that varies from the original design intent. This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, alteration, abuse or accidents.
Crest Ridge Saddlery ® will repair or replace, at it's sole discretion,
any product found to be defective by the company, for use as intended,
after return to, and examination by, the company. The sole remedy under
the warranty or under any implied warranty is limited to the replacement
of defective parts.
| Delivery Timing and Pledge:
We pledge delivery of in stock items in less than 10 Business Days East of the Mississippi (12 Days if delivery is west of the Mississippi) whenever you confirm availability and promptly place your order using a verified/confirmed address. EXCEPTION: We typically ship within 5 business days between Thanksgiving and Christmas; delivery time is then based on your location & holiday congestion. International Orders:
Please do not use Styrofoam peanuts for packing. Upon receipt of the
item here at the store we will inspect the item. If it is still in
new condition, we will gladly refund the entire purchase price of the item.
Please phone (870) 499-7413 in advance for return merchandise authorization code (RMA) before returning any goods; without this code your return will not be accepted. Make sure the return authorization code is clearly marked on the topside of the return carton. If exchange or refund merchandise is not returned in original unused condition, a 30% restock fee is charged to allow for a reduced re-selling price. If the goods you are returning have been altered or modified in anyway, this will immediately terminate any exchange of return provision offered above. Credit card returns (credits) and refund checks (if you paid by check) can take up to 10 days to be processed after we have received the returned goods. (Return provision does not apply to clearance items, custom orders, used merchandise or lay away purchases).
