Instructions For Crest Ridge Supra Cinch
Your Supra Cinch comes with 1 cinch and 1 nylon near side (long tie) and 3 off side billets (short)
1. Remove all the nylon straps from your Supra Cinch.
2. Place the longest strap on the front near side (Left)
ring of your current saddle.
3. Place one of the shorter straps on the near side (Left)
Rear Rigging ring.
4. Place another of the shorter straps on the off side
(Right) front right of the saddle.
5. Place the remaining short strap on the off side (Right)
rear ring.
6. Place saddle on the horse. Attach the off side
(Right) Front and Rear straps to the Supra Cinch so that the center in
directly centered under the horse.
7. Draw up each strap on the cinch so that each is tightened
evenly.

By purchasing from us you receive service and advice that is unparalleled within the industry. All our current Guffey and Crusade Series saddles are capable of adjustments at the time of manufacturing, whereby we can adjust the saddle to fit nearly any kind of Gaited horse or mule. When we receive your measurements (For measurement details, (see our web page about saddle fitting) we match it to a suitable saddle. All Guffey and Crusade Saddles orders have to submit the measurements on our Saddle Fitting Page prior to Crest Ridge Saddlery® accepting an order on these saddles. Take the measurements there and send them to via return email. A photo of your horse back would not hurt either! Once we get the measurements we can advise you as to which tree you need for your horse. This way we have a better certainty of getting the fit right on the FIRST try! Traveler and Savannah saddles are straight run saddles. You will not be able to choose any variations on the saddles available. Because we do not interrupt the production for modification we can keep the quality up, while keeping the prices down on theses saddles. When you receive the saddle, and if you are unsure of the saddle fit,
post or email us in some side on photographs of the saddle on the horse,
with the horse in a normal upright position. We will contact you within
(48) hours of receiving the photographs to advise you if the fit is correct.
If the fit is correct you can feel secure knowing that you and your horse
have many years of riding pleasure to look forward to.

Saddles and Accessories may be returned for a full credit or refund (excluding shipping charges and insurance), but must arrive in the same condition that we shipped them. We do request that you try your new saddle and make sure that it will fit both horse and rider. Please use extra care to keep the saddle in mint condition, without scratches, dirt or horse hair. A restocking fee will be charged to cover any damage or cleaning costs. If the saddle does not fit the horse or rider, you should call before the saddle is returned in case it is necessary to ask additional questions or to have you take pictures or make measurements. Please do not use Styrofoam peanuts for packing. Upon receipt of the
item here at the store we will inspect the item. If it is still in
new condition, we will gladly refund the entire purchase price of the item.
Please phone (870) 499-7413 in advance for return merchandise authorization code (RMA) before returning any goods; without this code your return will not be accepted. Make sure the return authorization code is clearly marked on the topside of the return carton. If exchange or refund merchandise is not returned in original unused condition, a 30% restock fee is charged to allow for a reduced re-selling price. If the goods you are returning have been altered or modified in anyway, this will immediately terminate any exchange of return provision offered above. Credit card returns (credits) and refund checks (if you paid by check) can take up to 10 days to be processed after we have received the returned goods. (Return provision does not apply to clearance items, custom orders, used merchandise or lay away purchases). Custom Orders: All special and custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering with the balance due before the goods are shipped . Special and Custom orders refer to any order that was ordered produced, for the customer on the customer's behalf. Special and Custom orders generally take 3 to 5 weeks, however they can sometimes take longer due to unexpected shortages in raw materials or other unexpected conditions. Most special orders (in excess of 80%) are delivered within the 3 to 5 week period; however should a delay develop please understand we have no control over this.
